Love it. Still getting use to the calendar function, but I think that will bump it up to 5 stars!

I have tried a number of GTD apps trying to find the one with the right balance of functionality and effectiveness. Todo has nailed that balance for me. I highly recommend giving it a try. I have now installed Todo on my iPhone, iPad and Mac. Syncs great and I find the UI extremely functional and well designed. Intelligent Task Parsing allows you to add an action item with minimum keystrokes. Great feature! Support has also been extremely responsive and helpful. Other apps I have tried you get a stock answer "I will pass along your suggestion to the developers"....but they dont answer the question! Highly recommend this app to anyone serious about effective GTD looking for speed of entry and easy customization.

Excellent task manager using the GTD method. Couple of small things missing like a someday maybe and a place to store notes but its a very good tool. I hope the developer will look into these couple of things

This is a very good to do application. Flexible and able to handle most types of tasks quickly and easily.

Very well organized app. Syncs beautifully between multiple devices. An excellent choice for those who need to keep track of projects and tasks. Highly recommended.

Excellent app. Have been using it for several years now. Version 7 is best yet. Dont know what I would do without it!

I have tried close to 10 todo apps for iOS and this is in the top 3. Very intuitive interface and great syncing facility with Toodledo. Well done.

Have this installed on my iPad, iPhone and Mac. ToDo works and syncs very well and I like it a lot with two beefs: the iPad version virtually always wakes up in "edit" mode and the Mac version crashes frequently, prompting a report to Apple. So far no loss of data, but the Mac issue is annoying.

If I dont write it down it doesnt happen. Whether its building the cottage or renovating our condo or just a shopping list, To Do beats my old scraps of paper. For the price you dont need to have sophisticated planning needs to make the app worthwhile

I really love todo. I use it all the time. My only issues ISO have note joyed their marketing plan. Paying to upgrade to a "new" design is not cool. Also Be prepared to buy the app for your desktop if youd use it there too. But totally worthwhile.

I have been using Todo every day for several years and I am very happy with it. I like the simple and clean interface, but I also love that I can customize it to work the way that I want it to work. Excellent customer service as well.

On iPhone 6 Plus running iOS 8.x, app locks up if while entering details of a task due date, it should bring up date setter but does NOT, as a result app basically freezes. Only resort - force quit. Relaunch shows the task that was in process of being created but w/o date set and if at this point, one attempts to set due date, it still locks up. Found temporary fix; backed up todos, deleted app, reinstalled, restored todos from backup, working again

Excellent app, but having same freeze problem as previous reviewer, with iPhone 6plus. Only solution Ive found us to delete app after backup and reinstall. Annoying! Pls fix

I love this app. I really do. I look for replacements because I e never satisfied with status quo but I cant find anything better. Good mix between simple and a good feature set for advanced users or large projects. I have all three versions - iphone, iPad and desktop. All of them work well.

I use this in conjunction with dispatch email app for my gtd. I quite appreciate having the ability to sync with toodledo. I enjoy that web experience during my weekly reviews. I was mildly inconvenienced by the seemingly tedious nature of changing things like contexts and converting tasks into projects... Until I realized that the "quick menu" does that really well. Whoops. Push and hold the item for options. Good stuff!

This is an excellent app for the money. It isnt as advanced as other GTD apps but most dont need that much. Thou is my goto quick list maker and for tasks that are not part of a huge project for my businesses.

Particularly like its integration with Outlook on the desktop using third party gSyncit toll
