Excellent set up. This app gives you many options to arrange your todo list in any way you see fit. It is well worth the price.

I paid $10 for this app way back when. Now I cant open it. I downloaded version 7 per the website for an additional $0.99 and still cant migrate the data because version 6 is still frozen. So Im done with this company!

Keeping it going guys, its working great for me.

I use this every day, all the time. It is just robust enough to be simple and meet all my scheduling needs. Most importantly, It doesnt require the Cloud! Yes! I am not in a connected area all the time and I dont trust anyone with my data ( a growing number of people) so functionality without the cloud is a must.

More powerful than I need but thats not a criticism.

NO WHERE in the description does the information state that I need to be ON THE SAME NETWORK as my PC to sync. Had to buy the app to find this out. :((( NOT GOOD. I needed an app that would connect straight into Outlook Exchange to sync WITHOUT having to be connect on the same network. That doesnt help. :(((

I have tried every version of this app for years! Ive had ToDo Pro, then ToDo cloud, and now Im back to the basic version for $4.99 in the App Store... Support is incredible! They actually suggested that I downgrade from ToDo cloud (which is a subscription service!) It WAS total overkill for my needs, but you wouldnt think that the company would suggest that I downgrade; but, they did! They were right! This version is perfect for my needs-- I never used ToDo cloud to collaborate, and I never used the web service, (I think I visited that site twice in two years!) So, im back ToDo basic, and happier than Ive ever been! I have to be honest, I did stray ...I tried different task managers, but they dont have settings like ToDo. For example, I need to put out the garbage on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday every week. But it is not possible to schedule this on any other task manager that Ive tried. But, its possible in ToDo! This app is perfect for my needs, and if I ever have a question, Support is incredibly prompt and very knowledgeable. Kudos guys! Keep up the good work!! Five stars!! JP

The map is absolutely the worst when searching. It cannot recognize businesses on a local map. Searching will result in an invalid address.

Using Todo for years. Keep my todo lists on it, and work with those lists across three different devices. Like the UI on the phone, and find it easy to keep track of how far behind I am on all my tasks. Cloud feature works well for me, so I can always update my todo list from anywhere.

This has been very helpful, especially cross device sync

This app is now useless since Ive upgraded to Outlook 2016. Waste of my money and now I have to find a new solution.

The reminders never pop up on my phone!

Does a great job in capture and process of tasks. Has checklists, and projects for multiple-step tasks. Includes Tags and Contexts to keep your focus and find tasks quickly. Has been a solid iPhone app since 2008. Love it

I really love this app. I have tried over 20 different apps trying to get organized and I finally a winner. To do is very easy to use and consolidates my errands, to do lists, and project lists all into 1 app. Even though it is $4.99, it has been the best $5 investment Ive ever made!

I was very excited about this app, and of course it was pretty expensive it $10. I was extremely disappointed when I found out that it could only keep at most one year of completed tasks. For those of us who like to keep a record of tasks - its a major drawback. I want my money back.

Worth every penny. Not the cleanest, but it will do 90% of just about anything you think you want for this type of an app. UPDATE: This app gets better with time. It is a truly amazing app! UPDATE:I just hit the limit on the free TODO cloud. Lose all your saved lists or pay us money. I thought my client was authoritative. Plus $2 a month to rsync a few bytes of data is hard to swallow for me. This could have been one of the best apps on my phone. Now it is one of two taking a monthly charge.

ToDo does not function well with 3rd party apps at times. It will not sync with Toodledo at times and you need to delete the app and reload it to get it to work.

I have been using this app since the first iPad came out, and it resolved a lot of my issues right from the start. The updated versions since then have added features I didnt even know I wanted! I have been much more organized and no longer forget things I need "to do". Its so easy to use; when I think of something I cant forget, I can quickly add it.mThanks for adding fun with colors and themes!

I have read about priced and used other apps for reminders. For the price and function this app is great. You can set one-time or recurring reminders. I also like the fact that I can synchronize all my devices on the cloud and what I do on one shows up on the others.

A year later and they still haven’t fixed the sync bugs. This product simply CANNOT sync correctly. Been using it since it came out. Pathetic, incompetent “programmers" —— Apparently Appigo has deprecated the desktop Mac client I paid $30 for. It fails to sync with the new version 7. Worse, it corrupted my data, disassociated subtasks from the parents and created duplicate records. Basically destroyed 3 years of records. Contacted help, they are clueless about their own product —— Update: Had to move everything to Dropbox. It worked for a while, but sure enough, give it enough time and this app will fail miserably with syncing.
